- A conversation is one continuous chat session between a visitor and your agent. It starts when the visitor sends their first message and ends when they close the chat or go idle for 30 minutes. Each new session counts as one conversation.
- Do I need a credit card to try?

- What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
- On the Free and Starter plans, new chat sessions pause until the next calendar month. Your agent stays live and your existing data is untouched. On Pro and Business plans, conversations never stop — your agent keeps responding after the monthly cap, just with shorter replies until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade any time to get a higher limit immediately.
- What is a lead?
- A lead is a visitor who leaves their contact info (name, email, or phone number) during a chat. AgentNDX captures these automatically and emails them to you, no extra setup needed. All plans include lead capture.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep your agent and your data for the rest of the billing period, then drop to the free plan. No cancellation fees.
- Do you offer annual billing?
