- Yes. Add your packages and pricing to the knowledge base and the agent presents them accurately. If you prefer not to list prices publicly, train it to describe packages and direct price questions to a consultation call.
- What if someone asks about a date I'm already booked?
- The agent doesn't have access to your calendar, so it won't confirm availability. It captures the date they need and their contact info so you can follow up — or you can include a link to your booking page for them to check directly.
- Does it work on Squarespace or Format portfolio sites?
- Yes. On Squarespace use Settings → Code Injection; on Format use the Custom Code panel in your site settings. Takes about two minutes.
- Can I have separate agents for weddings and commercial work?
